Show Directory Advertising Specifications

Here is an example of what a typical booth package in the Forum looks like. Each booth comes standard with carpeted booth space, one 6′ Draped Table, 2 Chairs, Wastebasket and a 7″ x 44″ Company ID Sign.

Speaker Opportunities

Submit a Prize

Gain added exposure when you submit a prize to be given away at the end of the trade show at 12:30 pm on Wednesday, September 29th. Your prize will be listed on the show website, in the program directory and on show signage. You will also have an opportunity to give your own prize away if you choose to. Follow the link below to submit a prize.

Exhibitor Badges

Submit badge information for your company personnel that will be attending the Forum, these badges will allow access to the exhibit floor during set-up and exhibit hours. Exhibitors are also allowed to attend the General Session and educational seminars based on space available. Exhibitors are not allowed to attend pre-show training or meal functions as they are sponsored sessions for travel agents only.

Covid-19 FAQ and Information

All supplier delegates are required to show proof of full vaccination or proof of a negative result from a PCR test taken within 72 hours of delegates arrival to the event.
