The Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum is open exclusively to exhibiting companies and participating travel agents. There are a limited quantity of Non-Exhibiting Supplier Passes available. While this is an option, Event Management strongly discourages exhibitors to stay off property. Staying on property not only offers convenience and time-effectiveness, it is cost-effective as well.

What do exhibitors have access to as part of participation?

Exhibitors have full access to the tradeshow and any add-on packages their company is signed-up to take part within. Exhibitors are also eligible to attend applicable networking events and based on space, are welcome to attend non-sponsored educational sessions. We do ask participating suppliers to give attending travel agents priority seating in educational sessions.
