The Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum is scheduled to take place Marc 21 - 24, 2027 at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Hotel rates for registered Travel Agents include our special pre-negotiated rate plus a daily resort fee and local tax.
A one-night non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation in the room block. The hotel booking link is included in the confirmation email you receive once your registration payment has been processed. If you’d like additional information on the agent hotel rate please inquire here.
Registration offers a one-stop shop opportunity, complete with access to the educational conference program, sponsored sessions, roundtable product presentations, the trade show and any official event offered networking/meal functions. Please note, roundtable presentations are product specific and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Business casual attire is recommended.
The Las Vegas Travel Agent Forum offers a robust selection of educational sessions for travel advisors at all levels of their career. There is truly something for everyone. You can check-out session offerings on our Event Schedule web page.
As we get closer to the event, you will have the opportunity to RSVP for individual sessions. Once the educational session details are confirmed you will receive a link to Sched to sign up for the sessions you’d like to attend. This allows Event Management to have a better understanding of interest in specific topics, however, if you opt to take part in an alternate session, this will be permitted.
As we get closer to the event, you will be required to select which Roundtable room you’d like to participate in. Roundtable rooms are product specific and offer limited seating. We cannot guarantee availability should you wish to change your selection once submitted.
Participation in the Official Prize Program is optional for exhibitors. If you choose to participate, attendees will receive a prize ticket to submit on the Trade Show floor prior to Noon on the final Trade Show day. Official Prize Program drawings will take place at the close of the Trade Show on the final day of the forum, and attendees must be present to win.
Some exhibitors may also choose to host their own private prize drawings. Eligibility, entry requirements, and winner selection for those prizes are determined solely by the individual exhibitor.
Travel Agent SELECT is a hosted program recognizing top sellers with a verified global book of business exceeding $1 million in annual sales. SELECT delegates receive a travel scholarship, hotel accommodations, exclusive experiences, and participate in mutual interest meetings with Travel Suppliers.
