By exhibiting at this year's event, you'll have the chance to connect with hundreds of travel agents.  By extending a prize of a certain value, your company will have the chance to maximize visibility prior to, during, and post event!  Beyond this, having the winning travel agent experience your product first-hand offers them a great advantage when booking their own clients.

The bigger the prize, the larger your visibility and impact. We’ll be announcing prizes at the conclusion of the Trade Show.

Value of each prize must meet a $750.00 (USD) Minimum

Your Visibility:  Logo Recognition on our Official website, all applicable print/electronic promotions and signage; Recognition announcement at the show.

Suggested prizes include full trips (ie a cruise for two; a 5-night hotel stay; a 5-day packaged vacation; two airline tickets) and/or gift cards. Only travel prizes and gift certificates will be accepted. Trip prizes must outline inclusions and restrictions (ie such as blackout dates) and must be valid for at least one year from the end of the Forum. All prize certificates must be made available on show site.
